Sr Residential Conveyancer – Sr Associate / Partner Level

Overview

In this role you will lead on complex residential conveyancing matters while supporting department growth. You will manage client relationships and contribute to business development, handling a varied caseload with autonomy at senior level. The position offers progression to senior leadership within a well-regarded regional firm with a strong local presence. This is a strategic hire focused on expanding the Henleaze office and sustaining high-quality residential work.

Responsibilities

• lead on complex residential conveyancing matters
• support department growth
• manage client relationships and business development
• handle varied caseload including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, high value transactions
• operate with senior-level autonomy

Key requirements

• minimum 5 years’ PQE
• solicitors, licensed conveyancers, or CILEX welcome
• experience at Senior Associate or Partner level or readiness to assume that level
• strong track record of managing busy caseload independently
• excellent client-facing skills and ability to grow relationships
