FD (Property Manager)

Overview

In this Finance Director role, you will shape the company’s financial future by leading the finance function and partnering with the Board. You will drive cash flow, reporting, controls, and strategic funding decisions in a fast-growing real estate business. You’ll build robust financial models and KPIs to enable scalable growth, while mentoring the finance team. This is a hands-on leadership position with high visibility and impact across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies

Key requirements

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification
• Experience supporting scale-up or high-growth environments
