Data Operations Support Analyst

Overview

In this role, you will bolster operational excellence within AXA’s Impact and Enablement team by coordinating data reports, trackers, and governance materials. You’ll partner with analysts to support reporting, stakeholder engagement, and data storytelling to empower better decisions. The position offers a chance to shape data practices and contribute to a broader data strategy in a dynamic environment. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to promote data transparency and value delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create, validate, and maintain high-quality operational data reports to ensure accuracy
• Manage the Data Output Catalogue and coordinate with Data Governance on Collibra integration
• Develop processes and set up a SharePoint site for transparent stakeholder access
• Provide administrative support for frameworks like partnership packs, project trackers, and communications
• Prepare materials, presentations, and reports for meetings and updates
• Gather stakeholder feedback to refine data needs and enhance data storytelling
• Support dashboards and reports to monitor data usage, impact, and project KPIs
• Create case studies and success stories to demonstrate team value
