Overview
As a Senior Reward Manager, you will guide remuneration strategy for financial services clients and support governance, reporting, and regulatory considerations. You will work with senior stakeholders, draft remuneration materials, and help shape incentive design. The role blends client development with delivering innovative reward solutions and market insight. You’ll collaborate with partners to drive client outcomes and market-leading remuneration practice.

Responsibilities
- Advise Remuneration Committees and management on reward strategy, governance, pay regulation, ESG matters
- Draft Directors Remuneration Reports
- Present findings to senior executives and enable informed decision-making
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients with senior stakeholder relationships
- Design new incentive plans and review existing ones for fitness and purpose
- Perform pay and benefits benchmarking
- Develop innovative reward solutions and bring them to market
- Advise on technical issues and contribute to knowledge management
- Advise on performance metrics including ESG measures
- Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activity and services
Key requirements
- FS reward experience
- Experience advising Remuneration Committees as external consultant or in-house
- Strong technical and client service skills
- Strong business development acumen
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in economics/finance/math/business/statistics
