In this role you support a leading Financial Services Disputes team handling contentious matters for major clients. You will manage a varied caseload, provide strategic legal advice, and work closely with senior teammates to drive outcomes. You’ll engage in business development to nurture client relationships and collaborate across offices nationwide. Responsibilities

• Manage a varied contentious caseload for key financial services clients
• Provide strategic and commercial legal guidance across disputes and claims with senior team members
• Participate in business development to nurture and build client relationships
• Collaborate with colleagues across national offices to support client matters

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor NQ-3 years PQE with experience in financial disputes
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines
• Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for business development
• Ability to understand client business needs
• Ambitious, collaborative team player supporting senior fee earners
