Overview

As a Project Manager in a remote-first consultancy, you will lead client programmes across CRM, data migration, and digital transformation, partnering with senior stakeholders to scale delivery models. You’ll own high-value technology projects and drive change within wealth management programmes. This role combines hands-on delivery with strategic influence in a fast-growing, equity-supported environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead client programmes from initiation to delivery across CRM implementations and data migration projects
• Engage senior stakeholders and manage vendor relationships to ensure successful outcomes
• Shape and optimize the delivery model to scale complex, high-value technology initiatives
• Drive change across digital transformation programmes within wealth management and IFA contexts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, quality delivery in a remote setting

Key requirements

• Proven experience delivering CRM, data migration or tech-enabled transformation projects within Wealth Management, IFA or Financial Services
• Background in consulting or wealth management change programmes (Big 4, boutique, vendor, or in-house FS change)
• Experience managing functional change and data migration workstreams
• Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills
