In this senior private client role, you will help lead the Succession & Tax offering in Swindon, combining high net worth estate work with growth initiatives for the regional office. You will work with a supportive partner-led team to manage complex caseloads and build strong client relationships. The role blends technical estate planning, trusts, and probate with business development and mentoring responsibilities. Responsibilities
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and support staff
- Managing a varied and complex caseload
- Building strong relationships with clients, referrers and professional contacts
- Leading and contributing to business development initiatives
- Writing thought leadership and BD articles
- Supporting the strategic growth of the Swindon office
