Solicitor – Residential Property – Wiltshire – Hybrid

In this role you will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload in Wiltshire within a collaborative, commercially focused team. You will support growth and strengthen referrer relationships while delivering high-quality client service. The position suits a solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer with solid conveyancing experience who wants career progression in a thriving department. Responsibilities

• Managing freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages
• Advising on new build, shared ownership, and Help to Buy transactions
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, brokers, and other introducers
• Contributing to business development initiatives and supporting the growth of the team

Key requirements

• At least two years’ PQE (solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer)
