Technology Operations Manager

Overview

In this Technology Operations role, you will support the engineering function with recurring reporting, governance, and operational coordination. You act as a generalist across data work, process improvement, and operational tasks, delivering end-to-end analytics and driving efficiency. You’ll engage with senior managers on data requests, contribute to process redesign, and maintainOperational hygiene and resilience. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your work directly supports cross-team stability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring operational and productivity reporting end-to-end
• Engage with senior managers on ad hoc data requests
• Support operational effectiveness initiatives such as process redesign
• Own day-to-day operational hygiene and resilience tasks
• Flag emerging issues to the Operations Director
• Build strong relationships across technology teams

Key requirements

• Genuinely comfortable operating as a generalist across data, process improvement and operational coordination
• Demonstrable experience owning and delivering analytical work end-to-end
• Understanding of AI-enabled development with sound judgement
• Systems thinking to connect metrics, processes and governance
• Strong communication skills to engage senior managers
• Ability to navigate ambiguous problems and identify right approaches
• Practical experience in a business analytics or operations setting
• Strong technical capability, e.g., Python and SQL
