Overview

As Technical Project Manager at Globant, you drive end-to-end strategic delivery and accountable ownership of the delivery lifecycle. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic delivery and accountability across projects
• Own the delivery lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget, in-scope execution
• Establish governance and SDLC frameworks to optimize workflows and mitigate risk
• Drive data-driven KPIs and proactive risk mitigation for predictable delivery
• Build, guide, and coach high-performing teams; align stakeholders for delivery excellence
• Act as trusted advisor to clients, turning successful delivery into long-term account growth
