Head of Financial Crime Operations – Hybrid Leader

Starling is seeking a Head of Financial Crime Operations to lead our financial crime function in a fast-growing digital bank. This role is based at Southampton & Cardiff and involves managing teams across locations to ensure strong controls and compliance across all banking activities.

The position is a 37.5-hour week with a hybrid model: a minimum of 10 days per month in the office, with flexibility to work from home, and occasional travel to other office locations as needed.
