What You’ll Be Doing:
- Working US hours to build and develop relationships with candidates & clients across the US
- Identifying business opportunities and generating new revenue
- Managing the full recruitment/sales cycle
- Sourcing and engaging top talent within your market
- Negotiating offers and closing placements
- Becoming a trusted advisor within your specialist sector
- Achieving and exceeding personal and team targets
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong work ethic and competitive mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- A desire to learn, develop, and progress their career
- Previous sales, recruitment, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
- Resilience, ambition, and a positive attitude
