Lead Social Worker – Child Protection (Hybrid Locum)

Sanctuary Personnel are seeking a Social Worker (Lead Practitioner) for the Child Protection Team in Hounslow. This locum, full-time role is based in the borough and offers ongoing work with a 36-hour weekly schedule, focused on safeguarding children and leading investigations.

You will chair strategy discussions, oversee multi-agency decision-making, and drive improvements through supervision and training, with hybrid working spanning 2–3 days in the office and remote days.
