Lead User Researcher – Hybrid (London/Leeds)

Sky is seeking a Lead User Researcher to drive research across digital journeys for sky.com and the My Sky app. You will lead a team, plan studies, and champion customer needs within Agile teams in the UK & Ireland.

You’ll promote research practices, collaborate across Sky, and ensure accessibility and inclusive design in all digital experiences. Hybrid work in Osterley/Leeds with flexible & inclusive culture.
