Senior User Researcher – Design-Led Public Services Remote

Made Tech is seeking a Senior User Researcher to join our design-led public sector practice. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan, conduct and synthesize user research that informs end-to-end service design for public services.

You will champion user-centred approaches, apply qualitative and quantitative methods, ensure GDPR compliance, and present actionable insights in stakeholder meetings.
