Senior Associate – Financial Services Disputes (PPI) Hybrid

Capital One is seeking a Nottingham-based Financial Services Disputes Lawyer to lead litigation strategy for consumer claims, including residual PPI and related disputes, with hybrid working: three in-office days and two remote days.

You will provide second-line support for s.75 claims, engage with claimant firms, and help develop recovery strategies while mentoring junior team members and coordinating with external counsel.
