Senior Legal Counsel – Private Markets & Asset Management (London)

Standard Life plc is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support its Private Markets Asset Management team in London. You will advise on origination, structuring, execution and management of private debt and real asset investments, collaborating with investment professionals, risk and external counsel.

You will lead transaction execution, review term sheets and financing documents, and provide pragmatic legal guidance across the investment lifecycle in a growing in-house asset management function.
