MedTech Supply Chain Change Lead – EMEA

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a MedTech Supply Chain Business Adoption Lead to drive organizational change across a global transformation. The role focuses on enabling adoption of new processes and SAP S/4 HANA deployment across 40+ ERP systems.

The position reports to the Business Adoption Director and requires strategic governance, readiness assessment and collaboration with regional deployment teams. International travel up to 20% may be required.
