Senior Mechanical Project Manager – HVAC & Fit-Out

OCS Group is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to drive multidisciplinary projects across HVAC, M&E and fit-out/building fabric for government and private sector clients. You will manage cradle-to-grave delivery from early design through to completion, coordinating design teams, supply chain, and subcontractors to meet time and budget targets.

The role requires strong client-facing skills, solid mechanical expertise, and a track record of delivering refurbishment projects up to £10 million.
