Senior Community Practitioner – Children’s Mental Health

CNTW NHS Foundation Trust in Sunderland is recruiting a Band 6 Community Practitioner for the Children and Young People’s Services (CYPS). The role focuses on coordinating assessments and delivering treatment for children with complex mental health needs within a multidisciplinary team.

You will work closely with families, schools, and partner agencies to provide child-centred, evidence-based care and to facilitate timely interventions.
