Senior Specialist Occupational Therapist – Community Care

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust in London is seeking a Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our Community Ageing Well Service (CAWS). You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team to assess needs, provide person-centred occupational therapy interventions and help people achieve what matters most to them.

CAWS focuses on prevention, independence and better outcomes for older people living with frailty and long-term conditions.
