Service Manager – Lead Supported Living & Care Excellence

Lifeways Group is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee Bluebell Court, Hornsby Court and Elsdon Avenue, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will lead 1:1 and 2:1 staffing, develop teams, and drive quality, safety and person-centred care.

With support from an Area Manager and Regional Director, you will build relationships with families and communities, ensuring excellent outcomes and ongoing service improvement at Lifeways.
