Job Description:
Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Wound Clinic professional to join the Tissue Viability and Wound Therapy Service. The role focuses on wound assessment, treatment planning and patient-centred care within our multidisciplinary team.
You’ll assess and treat patients attending wound clinics, develop care plans, provide education to patients and carers, and coordinate with GPs and community teams to optimise healing and outcomes.
