Social Worker – PEI Assessment | Shape Early Intervention

Cambridgeshire County Council is seeking a Qualified Social Worker to join the PEI Assessment team in Cambridge. You will conduct adult social care assessments, engage with unpaid carers, and help develop care and carer support plans within a multidisciplinary setting.

You will work on safeguarding referrals, apply the Mental Capacity Act, and aim to prevent, reduce and delay care needs while ensuring timely access to services for those in need.
