Clinical Lead Psychologist – Child & Adolescent (Hybrid)

Be U Swindon is seeking a HCPC-registered Psychologist to provide clinical leadership across the Be U Swindon service, including overseeing the Single Point of Access, risk management, and appropriate referral allocation within Swindon’s mental health pathway.

The postholder will support staff through supervision and reflective practice, uphold safeguarding and governance, and contribute to service development and inter-agency collaboration to improve outcomes for children and young people.
