Registered Care Home Manager

The Role

Are you an experienced Care Home Manager passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care? We are seeking a dedicated leader to oversee a care home providing nursing, residential and dementia care.

You will lead the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance and a positive environment for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate and develop the care team.
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding and governance standards.

About You

• At least three years’ experience as a Care Home Manager.
• A Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and care regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and operational management skills.
