Tissue Viability Nurse: Wound Care & Pathways Lead

Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking a tissue viability specialist to maintain best-practice care across Norfolk Adults, working with community and inpatient teams, dermatology and lymphoedema specialists.

The role involves managing a patient caseload, applying assessment and clinical reasoning to develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborating with NHS and community providers to improve pathways and outcomes for patients with wounds and complex care needs.
