Senior Mental Health Triage Nurse – Flexible Leadership

The NHS Hull, East and North Yorkshire Trust invites applications for a Band 6 Specialist Nurse to join the Mental Health Triage and Assessment Team, delivering routine triage and initial assessments for adults aged 18 to 64 with identified or suspected mental health needs.
