Lead Occupational Therapist – Integrated Discharge Team

East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust invites applications for a Team Lead Occupational Therapist in the Integrated Discharge Team based at the Conquest site. You will lead clinical delivery, supervise OT staff, and drive governance and recruitment alongside the Therapy Lead.

You will develop service provision in acute care, support discharge planning, collaborate with multi-disciplinary colleagues, and shape the workforce model for future service delivery within IDT.
