HR Manager – Culture & Engagement Lead, Multi-Site

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to shape culture, influence leaders on engagement and partner on all HR topics for our Sainsbury’s Transport operation in Hams Hall and Worcester (Shire Park).

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will guide employee relations, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives while managing one direct report and supporting across three sites. Regular travel between sites is expected.
