District Building Control Officer — Enforce & Advise on Building Regs (Temp)

Mid Ulster District Council in Magherafelt is seeking a District Building Control Officer to enforce Building Regulations on local building works and to provide technical advice and services to council-led projects. The post is temporary for two years and offers a salary on the PO1 scale (£41,177–£44,253 gross per annum).

The role reports to the Assistant Director of the department and may include a competency test as part of the recruitment process.
