Contract Manager Analyst: Data-Driven Forecasts & Compliance

Homes England is looking for a Contract Manager Analyst to support budget forecasting, contract oversight and data interpretation within the Contract Management team. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, developers and external inspectors, using advanced Excel to produce reliable forecasts for agency budgets and land transfers.

You will be organized, methodical and able to communicate across teams, with site visits encouraged to understand construction challenges.
