Quality Assurance Leader – Education & Youth Programs

KICK is seeking a Quality Manager to maintain and enhance standards of delivery across schools and communities in the UK. You will lead Senior Coaches, oversee staff development, and ensure high-quality practice while embodying the organisation’s values and Christian ethos.

You will plan observations, deliver constructive feedback, and support recruitment, onboarding and retention in collaboration with the Quality Team.
