Production Line Lead & Deputy Manager

2 Sisters Food Group Limited, Carlisle, is seeking a Line Assistant to support daily line operations and supervise production activities on the line area. You will work with the team and equipment to maximise efficiency while upholding safety, quality and hygiene standards.

You will assist with onboarding new starters, participate in line changeovers, and deputise for the Line Manager during absences, contributing to on-time despatch and continuous improvement.
