This role is to join a well-established fun and hardworking team, where you will have the opportunity to recruit for our existing clients and help win new business.

We want to speak to people who ideally have experience in: Sales / Estate Agent / Out-bound Call-Centre / Insurance Sales / Office Sales Environment
Day-to-day you will learn to:
- Source candidates through headhunting and networking on sites such as our CRM / LinkedIn / Job Boards. Discussing, and taking job orders from clients.
- Writing and posting job adverts.
- Arranging interviews for candidates and liaising with them during this time
- Making job offers to suitable candidates and handling rejections
- Building relationships with existing and future clients
