As a Recruitment Consultant you’ll:

• Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates in your market
• Identify top talent through networking, headhunting and referrals
• Generate new business through proactive outreach
• Manage the full recruitment process including negotiating offers
• Become an expert in your niche and build your own desk
