Corporate Real Estate Surveyor | Client-Focused Property Mgmt

Beach Baker is recruiting a Surveyor to join an established Estate Management team spanning Birmingham and Manchester, supporting a major occupier property management function.

You will handle day-to-day portfolio management, liaise with clients, landlords and agents, and assist with rent reviews, lease renewals and compliance with property management legislation. A degree in property/estate management and progression towards RICS, with around two years’ experience, are preferred.
