House Support Officer – Trauma-Informed Student Welfare

Eastern High School, Cardiff, is seeking a House Support Officer (Grade 5) for a term-time contract. The role focuses on welfare, attendance and achievement of students within a House, with mentoring and coaching to help learners thrive throughout the academic year.

The post requires building strong relationships, monitoring progress and working closely with families and staff to remove barriers to learning in a trauma-informed, restorative environment.
