SEND Assessments Assistant: Co-ordinate EHC Plans (Flexible)

Bolton Council is seeking a SEND Assessment Officer to co-ordinate Education, Health and Care (EHC) Assessments and issue or amend EHC Plans in line with the Children and Families Act 2014 and related regulations. The role includes attending annual reviews and sourcing suitable school placements, working with families, schools and partner agencies.

The successful candidate will have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification (or substantial SEND experience) and strong communication and ICT skills
