Youth Transitions Social Worker (21 hrs/wk)

NHS Scotland is seeking a motivated Social Worker to join the Joint Transitions Team in Inverness on a part-time basis (21 hours per week). The team supports young people aged 14 to 25 transitioning from children to adult services across NHS Highland South and Mid area.

Applicants should be registered with the SSSC and hold an appropriate Social Work qualification, with knowledge of relevant Scottish legislation.
