Education Candidate Care Consultant

CER Education, part of Affinity Workforce Solutions, is seeking a proactive Candidate Care Consultant in Sheffield to support candidates from initial enquiry through to placement and beyond. You’ll work with our recruitment consultants to deliver an outstanding candidate experience and ensure educators are fully compliant before entering the classroom.

The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract starting January 2027, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of £25,000–£28,000 and a quarterly bonus.
