Social Worker – Learning Disabilities & Autism (Adult Care)

Sefton Council is recruiting an experienced Social Worker to join the borough-wide Learning Disabilities & Autism team within Adult Social Care. You will assess, plan and review care needs to promote independence and wellbeing for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.
