Institutional Growth Director – Digital Asset Markets

Wintermute is hiring an Institutional Business Development Manager or Director in London and New York to support Wintermute’s institutional expansion across global financial markets. You will originate, develop and manage strategic relationships with hedge funds, asset managers and other counterparties, working with trading, product and operations teams.

Role requires 4-7+ years in institutional markets, strong communication, and a track record of revenue growth.
