Hemingway Scott in Bermuda seeks a high-calibre regulatory lawyer (5–8 PQE) to join their offshore practice. The role covers regulatory litigation, investigations and regulator-enforcement matters for a client base including (re)insurers, captives, hedge funds and financial institutions.

Applicants may be barristers or solicitors admitted in the UK, Australia, New Zealand or Canada, with a track record at leading national, international or offshore firms.
