Astute’s Power Team is recruiting an Operations Manager for a new Energy from Waste Power Station in Kelvedon, Essex. The role leads plant operations to deliver safe, reliable power up to 65MW for export to the National Grid.
You will report to the Plant Manager, manage shifts, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with Maintenance, and drive efficiency while preparing and controlling the annual Operations budget. A competitive salary and benefits accompany this role.
