Salary: £60,000

The Opportunity

We are working with a specialist construction and project delivery business who are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from mobilisation through to successful completion
• Take ownership of project programmes, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams and internal stakeholders
• Manage day-to-day construction delivery activities, ensuring safety, quality and programme requirements are maintained
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, risks, costs and commercial performance
• Support procurement, design coordination and installation planning
• Lead project meetings and provide clear progress reporting
• Identify issues early and implement effective solutions to maintain delivery

About You

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background delivering complex projects within construction, installation or specialist engineering environments.

Experience within any of the following sectors would be advantageous:

• Specialist construction or refurbishment
• Structural steel or engineered installations
• Temporary structures or event infrastructure
• Complex fit-out projects
• Specialist subcontracting environments
