UK Project Manager (Office & Refurb) – Consultancy Lead

Huntsman is working with a City of London client to recruit a Project Manager for UK PM consultancy work, with strong office-market background. Refurbishment experience in the private sector is also welcomed, and the right candidate will liaise with external QS, engineering and architectural consultants.

Applicants should be chartered or open to chartership (CIOB, APM, RICS) and have familiarity with JCT contracts and Employer’s Agent responsibilities in a private-sector context.
