Delivery Manager – Field Projects (UK Travel, Company Van)

ExcelCS, part of the Ipsum Group, is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead safe, on-time operational delivery across water utility projects. You will coordinate commissioning engineers and site teams, ensure compliance with H&S, RAMS, and permits, and translate project plans into daily actions.

You will manage 1–2 teams, scale to 4–5, engage with clients and suppliers, and monitor progress for payments and reporting. A strong safety mindset, leadership, and UK driving licence are essential.
