Senior Service Designer – Hybrid, Public Health Impact

NHS Blood & Transplant in England is seeking a Senior Service Designer to join the OTDT Product Centre. You will work in a multidisciplinary agile team to design donor and patient journeys across digital and offline channels.

You will mentor researchers, run co-design workshops, and help shape services end-to-end, balancing policy, technology and user needs within the public sector.

The role is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, with hybrid working and a strong focus on impact.
