Senior Community Cardiology Nurse – Lead MDT & Clinic Triage

Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is recruiting a Band 7 Community Cardiac Nurse to work across our community out-patients Cardiac Services. The post covers sites in Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Maida Vale and Ladbroke Grove.

You will triage referrals, support staff in clinics and manage Band 6/3 staff. Applicants should have substantial cardiac nursing experience, be able to interpret ECGs and ABPM, and liaise with GPs and Cardiologists.
